A few week ago, I applied a request for Google Ad Manager invitation. Yesterday, I received email from Google about my Google Ad Manager application status. They said:

Thanks for your Google Ad Manager application. Due to high publisher interest at this time, we’re only able to offer Ad Manager to a limited number of participants. We’ll keep your application information on file and contact you when more options become available.
